• Transportation and transportation insurance, unloading, storage, handling within the construction site are on Buyer's side.
• Preparing the site for assembly, foundation concrete,
• All permits and approvals of all project documentations from the local authorities.
• Supply of all kinds of machines, cranes, outer electricity source and hand tools which will be needed for assembly,
• External connection outside the building (for electricity, waste water, potable water, etc.),
• Heating, cooling and ventilation system, fixed materials and assembly (Combi, boiler, AC, etc.),
• Telephone central systems, data, UPS, TV systems, antenna and any kind of equipment and erection works.
• Fire alarm systems (detectors, sirens, cabling, fire extinguisher, etc.),
• Electric meter, electrical main distribution board, water meter and grounding line,
• Supervisor and his daily fee, visa, plane return tickets, transportation between airport and site, security and health services will be on Employer's side (Supervisor can be provided if asked).
